Scenic kaartpakket status probleem

Btw, if you are logged in with your Scenic account, Scenic will know the regions you purchased before and you won’t get charged credits again for those regions. So, after a redownload, make sure you login to Scenic.

I don't think so. NordVPN has been causing problems with HERE map download for as long as I know. Somehow, for some reason, NordVPN is blocking the servers where HERE is hosting their map files. I'll take this up with HERE. They need to either change some configuration of their map servers and/or contact NordVPN about it.

Downloading another file on my phone from the internet is quick though. and going to back the Here WeGo app, the download off a map works, while scenic is still stuck in downloading.

oké, I tested HERE WeGo. That works and also downloading the offline maps works for NL/BE

yes the cache was something I thought about a bit. Because at first the map displayed wrong was very shallow, later it became bigger but still wrong with he vpn on But not in my area. To make sure the downloaded maps didn't interfere I had removed them.
