I just took notice of the post where you explain the developments with scenic 4. Didn’t notice that before. Seems like you were put on the spot and had to take action in order to be able to keep the app running. That explains why some features are not available on launch. I guess when you had the opportunity to follow your own planning this would have gone differently.

Clock has been removed indeed. It was a rarely used feature as you can see time in the status bar. I know the statusbar is hidden in landscape mode so that's the only scenario where you wouldn't have time on screen.

This hasn't come forward in the beta test. I just tried to reproduce it, and for me the route saves, and I see it in the route list. 4.01 will be released later this week. That's the one I tried with. Maybe I fixed this bug without even knowing?

This hasn't come forward in the beta test. I just tried to reproduce it, and for me the route saves, and I see it in the route list. 4.01 will be released later this week. That's the one I tried with. Maybe I fixed this bug without even knowing?

Ich bin gerade mit den Navi zur Arbeit gefahren. Dabei bin ich nicht so gefahren wie das Navi es wollte. Die Touren werden umgerechnet, aber die km, Ankunftszeit und verbleibende Zeit werden nicht umgerechnet. Es scheint so, als wenn das nach der geplanten Tour weiter rechnet.

Scenic 4 - I upgraded half way thru a ride today. Very stylish update and a few nice improvements. Well done.
Guido, I have 3 bits of feedback;
- Music Play, skip forward and back is not working
- Speed limit for where I am riding has gone? The speed is shown but at the moment does show the limit and does not go red when I exceed the speed limit. In setting I have Show Speed Limit "Always". I think Audible warning worked (not sure) but visual warning did not. Do I need Offline Maps? Testing - No still missing

Just go to the appstore and select Scenic. It will give you the opportunity to upgrade.

on my Mac M1 computer I was able to update Scenic. My only complaint so far:
zooming in or out is normally done on my system with CMD + 2 fingers next to each other on the trackpad. Scenic does not adhere to my settings and wants that I zoom in and out with this 2 finger "pinch" (I do not know how to describe the gesture, you just move two fingers closer together on the trackpad or further apart). Anyway, I can't do this pinch gesture, and I think it is annoying.
