When you are navigating a route and you are premium you will get the ETA and full turn by turn instructions, just like Scenic 2.

If you are not premium or if you are following a track, then it’s ‘follow-the-line’ navigation only and you won’t get turn by turn instructions nor ETA.

I know this is probably not the answer you were looking for but I hope it explains.

that’s really sad, I think that makes the non-premium version unusable as a navigatior. I just need this basic feature, not route import/export or voice navigation and what else, I would be very happy if I could buy features separately. I don’t want to pay 80€ for just that beloved feature that was free prior the update.
i was very happy with scenic 2 as a non-premium user and this change now makes the app unusable in the free version. 80€ is way too much to make the app functional for its intended purpose, which is navigating.

do you have any idea how we both can get what we want? I really hope for a solution.

Next to the premium forever option, there’s the premium yearly and ‘pay-as-you-go’ through credits. With credits you only pay for what you use.

Yeah I know about the black Friday deal. But I still think that the price is too high, I’m definitely willing to support your hard work but I would still suggest to have a “premium light“ package that just brings back turn-by-turn to be on par with scenic 2 and “premium deluxe” with route import/export and all other features. Can you consider bringing something like that to reality? That would be great for all people like me, that didn’t have premium beforehand and want just the functionality that scenic 2 provided. Maybe around 15-20 €/$… what do you think about this idea?
