The written directions feature is great, our club will use this all the time! One thing that we often do that might be useful is to do it with cumulative mileage, such that you can zero your trip odometer at the start flag and if you are following along in a car (navigator / shotgun), you can easily just call out the next turn is at X.X miles and no mental math is required.
