Time and distance information not alternating since iOS 27 Upgrade

Hello,

Since I upgraded to iOS 27, the distance and arrival time information for the final destination and the next stop no longer alternate. Only the information for the final destination is displayed, while the details for the next stop are no longer shown.
Is it an IOS limitation or something that can be corrected? I really like this feature during long trips.

I tried to reproduce it on iOS 27, both on the iPhone and in CarPlay, but for me the distance and arrival time still alternate between the next stop and the final destination every few seconds.

If you're using CarPlay: with iOS 27, Apple redesigned the panel that shows this information. It now shows the word "arrival" very prominently, whether the numbers are for the next stop or the destination (see the screenshot). Maybe that's what made it look as if only the destination is shown? I'm not sure. Unfortunately I can't change that label; it's controlled by CarPlay.

If you're seeing it on the iPhone screen, or if the numbers really don't change at all, please let me know. Tell me whether it's on the iPhone or in CarPlay, which Scenic version you have (bottom of settings), and whether your route has stops or only via points. Then I'll look into it further.

One thing I did notice last time I was out is that the alternation of details only worked when I was moving.

Julie said it was the same for her. Both on CarPlay.

Been out today and can confirm that the distance and time is definitely alternating, but only when I’m moving. If I stop at a junction or traffic lights it stops alternating until I start moving again.

@guidomm - not sure if this is possible due to the Apple template, but on the second line (the one that says x Min•y km), could you add the name of the stop to the end of that text? It would make it clearer what the time/distance is referring to.

I’m not a fan of Apple’s change as it’s difficult to read now, and that second line is way too small.

Thanks for your help.

After publishing my post I saw the version 4.46 available and I updated the app. I can confirm that time and distance are now alternating.

I made some tests in 4.45 before .creating the thread, and it was not working. But now I have the doubt if I did it well or not because the route I selected was probably too short... Anyway, thanks

BTW, I've made more than 10000 kms in Europe with Scenic since last May and I am very happy with all the improvements. Well done Guido!
