Skip Start/Start from a different place?

On occasion I am somewhere other than where the start of the route is planned and I want to just start going from that point. Is there a way to skip the start and just begin from where you are? There is an option to skip the next via point but I don't see a way to skip the start or do a start from here. I've had to copy the route and move the start point otherwise it routes me to the start.

Thanks. I'll give that a try. I've never used the "Where to?" and alway just gone to the planned routes and hit Navigate. Going at it that way, the only option I see is Skip Via so from now on I'll use the Where to which will give me a few more options.

If you tap navigate on a planned route, you also go to the main/map screen first. And there you can change the "Join route at" before tapping the "Start Navigating" button.
