It could be a number of things.

1) How are you sharing the route? With a GPX file or with share link ? If either share link they should have exactly the same waypoints. With GPX a recalculation could take place and waypoint might become different.

If you shared the share link, and they used the "add to Scenic" button to add the route to their Scenic account, then the routing mode (transportation, route type, avoid highways, etc.) settings and waypoints will be exactly like you planned the route. If, however, they used the "download GPX" button and then imported that GPX into their Scenic, then the routing mode will be whatever they set it to, and it's possible that waypoints also become different.

So... let's assume they all used the "add to Scenic" button, then there are a few more things to check:
- Like Kalrchen mentioned... make sure everyone has their offline maps up to date (Side menu > profile picture > offline maps). If an update is available, there will be a big yellow bar at the top)
- Make sure you are using the same detour behaviour settings (link in my previous post above) and same route recalculation parameters (Settings > Finetuning > Route recalculation parameters)

May it be TomTom or BMW Navigator. In their settings they try to recalculate the route depending on the individual settings each system has.

Its hard to make sure that everyone in group gets the same result. And it isnt Scenic‘s fault. Too many factors.

E.g. Shaping points or via points. Targets and stops. Preferences like unpaved roads or avoid highways.
