Sena 20s evo low volume and misdirects
Have two evo 20s intercoms and currently experiencing two annoying problems which did not exist until recently.
1. Intercom works fine between rider and passenger. However voice directions from Scenic very low and cannot make them out. Have Voice Output in Sounds & Haptics set to Device Default. Have tried Force To Device Speaker still same. If I try As Phone Call (HFP) volume from Scenic is now fine but intercom between rider and passenger ceases to work. I have checked volume setting in iphone settings and Scenic and all seems correct. As I said this worked fine until recently.
2. Set a route and Scenic is not responding accurately. Set a simple route today which I know without sat nav and at the first roundabout it instructed me to take first of two exits which was clearly wrong. Was also out yesterday on some unfamiliar routes and it was doing same. For example came to roundabout and instructed to take third exit instead of correct second exit. I backtracked to roadabout to check that I had not missed an exit but no the exit I should have been instructed to take was indeed the second. When Scenic does take me of track it seems to get confused sending me left or right into housing estates with no instruction to backtrack. As an example to misdirects at roundabouts. Attached is part of route familiar to me which I set today. The red circle represents a major three way roundabout in Newquay, Cornwall. When approaching from the South the instruction should have clearly been to take the second exit. Instead it instructed to take the first exit
which I ignored. It was only as I approached the second roundabout circled in yellow that Scenic corrected itself.
