Scenic running without an Iphone on Carpuride W702 Plus?

This would be an excellent feature because the battery of my Iphone would not be drained by Bluetooth sending Scenic to the Carpuride.- Does this also mean that offline maps can be loaded on the Carpuride itself?
That would also be handy because I also drive offroad in remote areas without mobile signal.I hope you can get in touch with Carpuride of even better they give/borrow you a W702 Plus to test it yourself.
