Route Calculation Error

I shut down my anti-virus in order to get around the blacklist and use the Scenic Web App. I cut and pasted a Google route URL and it did show up in my phone app que. When I tried to import the route into Scenic on my phone app, I got a "Route Calculation Error" message telling me to check my internet connection which is working fine.
