You can install Scenic only on Macs with an Apple Silicon processor.

For Windows or Mac-Intel users that want to plan on their computer, the recommended option at the moment is to plan with Google Maps and then import into Scenic. There is a video on that on scenic.app/help (videos section) and it’s covered in more detail in the complete walkthrough video (towards the end).

We are working on a web based planner too, which will be ready Q4, maybe Q3 2026.

If you're enjoying Scenic and are happy with the support, please leave a nice rating in the App Store. It would mean a lot to me ❤️

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I created an account today and signed up for the 3 days free. The Power Planner doesn't show up on my phone.

The video shows a bit older version of Scenic. Now, tapping the "Plan" button in the main screen takes you to the power planner. The "Complete Walkthrough" video shows the most recent version of Scenic.

The complete walkthrough video shows the most recent version of Scenic. That’s the best video to reference. The other videos show an older version of Scenic where things might be at a different place and routing modes might be slightly different. I recommend watching the “complete walkthrough” video. https://scenic.app/help/scenic-complete-walkthrough/

Zitat von Guido vom 09.06.2026, 08:31 Uhr

Der webbasierte Planer befindet sich derzeit in aktiver Entwicklung. Er wird voraussichtlich im vierten Quartal fertig sein. Vielleicht auch schon im dritten.

Hi Guido,

Since I'm slowly getting to the point where I have to decide whether to renew my Tourer subscription with Kurviger, I wanted to ask how far along the web-based planner at Scenic is?
When can we expect it to be ready?

Best regards,
Karlchen

It’s in closed beta now. Being tested by 100+ beta testers. Im expecting open beta (available to everyone but still in beta status) to start in 2 weeks max.

I’d be keen to beta test the web interface.

Hi Guido -- hope you're feeling better brother...

That's my workflow, too. PC for multiday planning on Rever.co, download gpx to dropbox, uoload to scenic to ride and do day-of adjustments. Would *LOVE* to participate in a PC beta -- will you let us know how to sign up when the beta is open?
