keep route searching

I'm having trouble with Scenic on my girlfriend's Iphone 11. But only on that phone!!!. It always stucks on route search when I have entered an arrival point and then asks to find a route.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times, of course, but nothing works.

That’s strange indeed. Does it happen with all location? If you select another location? If you move yourself to another location?

Guido, thanks for the reply.

I tried out several options. indeed, various locations etc. Sofar I could figure out it must be something related to a specific setting from that phone and I guess security settings because it's a company phone. I tried on another IPhone 11 (same IOS etc) and that works.
