Directional arrows

We run into issues in club drives, particularly where the leader is not the maker of the route, or in a last minute situation where the tour leader has to take over on short notice, that routing can get confusing. It would be highly desirable to be able to drop a directional arrow on to the map to make things clearer.

There are occasion where a circular route will cross over a section either previously traveled, or to be traveled later in the drive, and for someone not intimately familiar with the route, being able to see arrows in advance that indicate the direction to be travelled would be extremely helpful.

Thanks.

John

Android or iOS? What Scenic version? (bottom of settings).
Latest version is 3.80 on Android and 4.45 on iOS. Update through Google Play Store or App Store.

Route should have directional arrows in it. See screenshot. This was added a few versions back.

If you're enjoying Scenic and are happy with the support, please leave a nice rating in the App Store. It would mean a lot to me ❤️

I always run the current version (iOS).  It has been a niggling issue for a few years and I haven't run one of the conflicting routes in a couple of months.

I just checked and now see the arrows.  Thank you for the information and the enhanced feature.

Hello,

I installed version 4.46 on iOS today. The direction arrows are still dark. I can’t see any difference. Is there anything I need to bear in mind or configure?

Kind regards

Sorry guys. Not sure what happened. Pretty sure I got it working. Maybe a versioning issue. Will fix asap with a new build.

I am running V4.46 on iOS and am seeing the arrows. I am using the default  route (violet) colour.

Might it have something to do with the colour one uses for the Route Colour?
