In my experience, with my iPhone 16 plus + Carpuride, when not connected to a charger, I was able to ride a few hours (maybe 4 or 5) without charging. Maybe you could stretch that to a full day if charging during lunch in a restaurant or something.
But note that your iPhone 14 has a smaller battery, and battery will have lost some of its capacity over the years.
