Best Android Alternative to Scenic?

I am waiting for this alternative myself because a couple of my friends don’t want to use iPhone, but would absolutely like to use Scenic after having seen in action with me!

In fact, MyRoute-app has been redone from the ground up and may become one of the best there is. Currently, it is compatible with both Android and iPhone and also supports both Android Auto and CarPlay. It has it's own online route planner/eco system (however, I still prefer Furkot for advanced trip planning).
