Avoid toll roads

Hi Guido,

today I was driving a route I made yesterday just using an end destination, so no via points.
I have done this many times without problems. In settings I have ‘avoid tollways’ and ‘avoid highways’ switched on.
I drove in France without problems but once I crossed into Italy it took the first possible highway and tollway.
How come?

I suspect map data not being correct. If you give me approximate start and destination + toll road and highways it was taking I can investigate.

Best with some screenshots and coordinates if possible. (To get coordinates in Scenic long press the map and choose “copy coordinates” in the callout bubble that appears)

Thanks for the reply but when I longpress the map I only get ‘look around’ and ‘save’ options.
nevertheless is was on highway/tollway A32 from the French border till after Turin

I turned on at Gad and off at Volpiano where it allready was A55. Also toll and highway.

Are you not seeing “copy coordinates” like this?

Anyway… with these 2 routing settings it doesn’t take me on the A32, but a road parallel to it. 🤷‍♂️

Strange, I tried again to make the same route and now it works fine. I don’t know what went wrong.
But when I longpress I see this:

Oh... that's actually a setting. Settings > Finetuning > Coordinates in callout bubble
