Anouncement of Streets

In Germany we got for e.g.:
B for capital roads
L for region roads
K for county roads.
When i had to turn right, Scenic told me to turn into Str. 2134 instead of L 678.
Checking the map i saw its marked as Str. 2134 not as it should be (L 678). Just an example.
In case of county roads it told me to enter
HO-57 instead of K 57. or
TIR 42 instead of K 42.
HO is the numberplate of Hof (town in Bavaria) TIR is the numberplate of Tirschenreuth.
Took me a while to realize this.
Questions are:
Did anyone else had the same experience?
Is it my settings?
Is this the way its meant to be? Means: designed that way?
If possible to change, how do i fix it? Sometimes the problem is in front if the display.
