Android Auto - Distance and Speed Units Showing Kilometers Rather Than Miles

I have the settings to Miles/FT/MPH in the app on my phone but when it connects to android auto, the distances show Kilometers.

Is there any way to show my desired Distance and Speed Units on Android Auto?
