Adventure mode

I’m more and more getting into mixing on and off-road routes when riding. Works great when I have an gpx file but making a route is quite the opposite. Is there any chance on implementing an adventure kind of parameter that focuses on off road? Stegra IO had a feature like that where you can swap on the fly. Would be a great addition to the nav app.
greets Corné.

Quote from SabrielaHong on 27.08.2026, 01:16Adventure Mode is pretty handy once you get used to it. I’d try it with a shorter route first and see how it handles the roads around you. Checking the route before starting is also worth doing, since the suggested path can sometimes be a bit more adventurous than expected.

Can you explain what you mean here? I'm pretty sure Guido just said "Adventure Mode," as described by @cornworld, is not an available navigation option, and probably wouldn't be for some time...

I think you have curvy and beauty setting in mind here. That’s not what I meant. I’m talking about the option to create off road routes like DMD2 and Stegra, they have an adventure routing build in.
Scenic excels in creating curvy routes but lacks, for the moment, in off road capability. Unless you manually create one or adjust an existing one.
