Wunderlinq oddness

Happy Scenic user. So much so, I sold my NAV VI and this is my one and only for now. I added a Wunderlinq box, set it up with the bike, bluetooth and Scenic and it seems to be configured properly. One quirk, maybe you can help.
When tracking a ride or following a route, the wheel can skip music back and forth, and pause no problem. If its just in map mode, I get a quick 'Forward' popup when pushing the wheel to the right, but no effect on the music. Oddly, back springs up the shortcuts app and the music goes back. Any ideas?

Thanks for doing what you do.
