Workaround for missing key features
Quote from Helge on 05.08.2025, 09:47Hello everyone,
I am about to go on a long trip (1000-1200 km) in the next days. I planned the trip using Scenic, because I just love the usability creating a route.
While navigating on the other hand, key features like live traffic, road blocks and radar warning are still missing. The radar issue can be compensated by just running a second App like Waze in the background (annoying but it works). But is there a workaround regarding the not yet implemented features “live traffic” and “road blocks”? Last spring I did a similar tour using Scenic for planning as well as navigation and I spent approximately 30-45min each day for detouring/rerouting which was extremely frustrating.
Is it possible to somehow export a planned route to Waze or Google Maps?
Or do you have any idea on how to avoid discovering all the blocked roads the hard way?Greetings
Helge

Sorry... at the moment there is no way to export to Google Maps or Waze. Not planning on adding that feature either for obvious reasons.
Speed cams, road blocks and traffic will be added later this year.
Best regards,
Guido

The other option means taking a MRA navigation sub which is cheap.
Plan in Scenic and export and import into MRA and navigate with that.
Its a major downfall at the moment until it’s developed.
