What’s happened to 3d

Not sure if it’s me but I can’t tell the difference between 2d and 3d? And I can’t see the button that adjusts the angle of the 3d view, what am I doing wrong?

There is a significant difference between 2D and 3D. You can switch between them in the navigation (big button) menu.

It’s not possible anymore to adjust the 3D angle. The new map provider does support it, but there are currently some issues with lower angles on CarPlay so I have not implemented it yet. Probably in the future if the map provider solves that issue.

I can’t see the difference Guido, and the rider position is high in the screen where it would be better lower in the screen to see the route ahead.

Is it because I was following a track Guido and not a route as the icon was in the middle of the screen where I’m sure it was lower down.

Even when following a track, or when just tracking, the current position indicator should be about 25% from the bottom of the screen.

I can assure you it was just above the centre of the screen Guido. I didn’t take a screen shot as was riding. I’ve restarted the app and it’s not doing it now.

Had the same issue yesterday, but not all the time, managed to get a screenshot though.

Thanks for the screenshot @GB. I'll investigate. I didn't have time yet to investigate for 4.18, but will do so for the next update.

Guido, rode the exact same route today as last week and it didn’t recreate the problem it did last week, must have been a phone glitch
