Weather on the way App integration

I'm on the road in Sicily and have been using Scenic most of the past month on iOS26. Things have been working well but two days ago I installed Weather on the Way and connected it to Scenic. I have the Pro version on my iPadOS26 iPadPro and the Free version on my iOS26 iPhone 16Pro Max. Both integrations worked once. Now when I send the Scenic GPX file to Weather on the Way, Weather on the Way crashes on both iOS and iPadOS. I tested with a few other GPX files of Tracks from Furkot and they all worked fine in Weather on the Way.

Any ideas?

UPDATE(#1):

It seems that it is just one of my planned rides that is causing WOTW to crash. Attached is the GPX export from Scenic - which crashes WOTW.

UPDATE(#2):

It seems that WOTW does not like it when there is a STOP waypoint and an END POINT at the same location. I removed STOP#2 and WOTW no longer crashes.

Hi Dan... do you know that Weather on the Way now integrates with Scenic directly? At least for your routes (not recorded rides). Simply select the route from your route list > 3 dots button top right > Weather on the Way. Does it also crash if you use it like that?

I have been using the Scenic Integration with WOTW. See my post above for the issue that WOTW can't handle from Scenic.

OK. I wrongly derived from your message you were still using the GPX export and then "open in" panel.

Anyway... I have forwarded the GPX to WOTW. They should be able to tell me why it crashes... and then we'll figure out where the problem is (Scenic or WTOW), and fix accordingly.

looking for the Wotw App in the store. Cant find it. Maybe its a translation issue. Could someone be so kind to post the picture of the app?

In Scenic, go to Settings > Integration & Accessories (towards the bottom). There you will find WOTW. The button will take you to it’s app store page.

This seems like a great integration to get weather updates. I haven't tried it yet since I haven't paid for WOTW. When I send my route to WOTW, who's doing the guidance? WOTW or Scenic?
