Voice volume

I assume that you are talking about the voice volume relative to the music volume, correct? If you are not playing music through your phone, then you can just adjust volume of the voice instructions with the volume buttons in the navigation menu (the big button menu).
Also, if you are using a headset, check if that has some settings to change the volume of voice instructions relative to other volumes.
