Voice Navigation disabled tone

Option for when voice navigation is disabled, to play a tone while approaching a turn.

I offend disable voice navigation because it disrupts helmet comms. It's difficult to relay directions to other group members while the voice navigation talks over group comms. A quick tone would alert me to look at the incoming direction information.

Good suggestion! Thank you. I'll add this to the feature request list. Might be able to sneak this into the big update before release.
