Visible Zoom Level
Quote from Bixio on 30.09.2025, 02:59Hi Guido,
I find it really cool that we can choose to a great extent what we see at which zoom level, but I find that it takes very many iterations to get it “right” (as per individual preference). The reason is that when I zoom in/out to test my settings, and I see that it is not what I want, for instance because the map is crowded at a given zoom level, I don’t know at which zoom level I am. So I start changing the map setting, but I don’t necessarily making it better since I am somewhat choosing blindly. And there are many town sizes to set. It would be great to have an option to show the zoom level.
Best regards,
Bixio

I then chosse what to change, e.g. Villages, and see I have that one set to 10. I then zoom the map to a level where I would like to see Villages names, and then change the Visible from zoom level button until a village name pops up. If you wonder which names are Villages, Hamlets and Suburbs (the map is not consistent..), I zoom in to a level where they shoul be seen and turn the on/off button to identify them.
Takes som time, but gives you a air control 🙂
