Hi, after reporting different kind of issues I also want to highlight the positive side of v4.
After a 2-day trip I conclude that v4.03 is fully usable for navigation, the maps are displayed properly and with the right amount of details (in my opinion already much better than with v3 HERE maps). With v4.03 the accuracy of the marker during navigation has been improved (compared to 4.02) and is now feeling “normal” again. Recalculation frequency has been adjusted and is not an issue anymore. I really like the “Get me back” button - quite useful when deciding to make a small ad-hoc detour. The zoom level depending on the current speed is working (like or better than in version 3)
For me, with version 4.03 Scenic is back on track and does not require “another” GPS as fallback solution anymore.
I’m not using CarPlay - understanding that this moves into focus right now.
I hope that personal layers (POI lists etc) will come back sooner than later and I also miss the 3D mode - however, no “showstoppers” anymore with the current version - that’s the most important thing for me.
