V: 3.51 Carplay map scrolling slow

Hi Guido,

thanks for the update, it looks great as far as I see.

One issue I found, the scrolling on the map, when on Carplay is very slow. I tested it with other Carplay navigators and there it is much faster.

Ok. That's easily adjusted. Will do so for the next version.

I now installed version 3.52, scrolling with the arrows is much faster now, but moving the map with my finger is still very slow and lags.
