Using Layers with more than two colours? - and converting a route to a ride?

Thanks for a great App.

Scenic 3 has improved much over Scenic 2 in my opinion.

Layers are great!

Is it possible to make more layers (than two) in different color schemes? If so how?

As it is now I can see roads that I have recorded (Ride Folders) in black and rodes I have categorised for some other reason (Route Folders) in pink.

1. Is it possible to make other folders within Route Folders to have different colours? Would be great to for example see 3 or more colors.

For example:

a) Black: for roads I have ridden,

b) Pink: for roads I categorise as best roads in the area

c) Blue: for roads I want to explore (or just routes I have planned for the future).

d) Green: ...

2. Is it possible to convert a ”Route” to a ”Ride"? I have a couple of routes I forgot to record but is still have the ”ride” in my route folder. Can it be moved to from ”Routes" to ”Rides”?

Or is it possible to make the rides black like the rest of my rides (but without changing colors for the other folders in Route Folder)?

Hi Ken,

I understand what you mean with the different colors / color per folder. It is on the list to make this possible in the future. Will be a little while though. Meanwhile the only way to deal with this is turning on and off the layers (folders) you are interested in. (I know this is not the same and it is more work, but perhaps it can help you out for the moment).

regarding the ride from route (or I’ve also had request to import GPX tracks as rides or even manually enter a ride by drawing on the map). This is also on the list, but, will also be a little while.
