Unable to edit routes in version 4

Why can't I edit routes now with vr 4.   As soon as I hit the edit button it distorts the whole route.  This was not the way it was working in previous versions.

  1. If this was a route created with Scenic 3 this can happen. More info here: https://scenic.app/scenic-4-faqs/
