Unable to download offline maps

I just purchased a lifetime subscription. I am not able to download Maps. Nor am I able to fold out menu options in the app. I can not see any account Information or the trips that I have saved. - could you go into settings > sound & haptics and turn off the sound effect and then give it a try.

Did like you proposed. No changes. Then I compared the haptic settings to those on a buddy's Iphone. All settings were alike and still I experienced the same problems. I am still fairly convinced I am not using any atypical settings.
Actually I found out the menu bars that I thought were working in the settings menu, only gave the "appearance" fold out (top one on the page) for each different setting that I selected. The same way I was only able to select African countries (top one on the page) after selecting Europe to download the Dutch map.

De enige optie die ik naar mijn weten heb veranderd was een groter font gebruiken. (Da's de leeftijd).
Nu ik mijn instellingen heb gereset kan ik de eerdere fout niet meer reproduceren. Ik ben iig blij dat ik jouw geweldige app kan gebruiken. Ik kom nog wel dagelijks settings tegen die ik opnieuw moet instellen maar niets boven lekker motorrijden :-).
