Turn off the battery saver option

Hi Guido,

I understand the idea behind the battery saver. But it is useless for me:

1) The phone is in charge when riding.

2) I like looking at the map from time to time to anticipate dangerous corners.

3) Typing on the screen to deactivate the saver is not ideal since some gloves are not touch-friendly.

So how do I avoid totally the battery saver?

Tap this button once or twice in a row:

Or tap the button “disable permanently” at the bottom right of the battery saver screen when it appears.

I'm in the same boat as @infos... I don't normally require the battery saver, but I'm not sure how to disable it. I suppose I can engage it manually, then exit immediately, and it shouldn't engage again, until I engage it manually with another tap of the battery saver button?

I don't have such a button, see my screen shot of the battery saver "in action," so to speak. Maybe it's an iPhone SE small screen-size thing, and the button is cut off?

Hi @mattsz @guidomm

This function is in the options (bottom-right) of the map.

But Guido, I don't have a DISABLE option. Both the options I see seems to switch between manual and auto, where manual simply activate it.

Tap 1 time:

Tap 2 times:

There is no tap 3 times.

Tap the button in the nav menu, until the mode is set to manual.

The battery saver will appear only one time now. Then just tap the battery saver screen anywhere, and it will no longer appear until you tap the button in the menu again.
