SYNCHRONIZATION OF ROUTES AND RIDES ON MAC M2

Hi,

I have been out riding in Europe for four weeks and would love to access the routes and the rides on the Mac Mini for documentation of my trip now when I am back home.

Scenic has been great for planning and navigation and generally works very well.

However.... routes that I made on my IPhone SE or Ipad synchronize well on both units but the most recent ones (after Aug 27) are not visible when I use the Scenic App on my Mac mini M2. Same with the recorded rides: not visible from the Mac but they are on the two other devices. If I create a route on the Mac it appears on the phone and the Ipad.

What could be the issue and the solution?

Hi Paul,

It sounds like Scenic on your Mac is not syncing correctly. Since the other two devices do have all routes and rides, the routes and rides are on the server. Could you try to log out of Scenic on your Mac, and then log back in again? That will re-download all your info and reset the syncing mechanism.

That did the job and now it works!

BTW: Is there any point down loading off line maps to the computer?
