SYCHRONIZE FOLDERS BETWEEN IPAD AND IPHONE
Quote from Deleted user on 31.08.2022, 15:05I use my iPad for planning and the iPhone for navigating. I also organize my routes in folders. The problem is that any folders created using the iPad are not visible in the iPhone (and none of the contained routes either) As a workaround I create the folder again in the iPhone, make the route public, so it is also shown in the iPhone (as it seems, this is the only folder which synchronizes), I duplicate the route and save the new copy in the formerly created folder. As by now I haven’t found any other method of getting my routes organized in the iPhone. You’ll agree with me that this is a little bit clumsy 🙂 Maybe these are only iSomething problems but I cannot believe nobody is having the same issues. Other than this I’m really happy with the app. Keep doing the good work.
Cheers

First, maybe a bit obvious, but just to be sure: are you logged into Scenic with the same Scenic account on both devices? This is essential for syncing.
Secondly, I recommend to not have Scenic open on both devices at the same time. Create your folders and routes on your iPad, save them, and when you're done close Scenic.
Then, open Scenic on your iPhone. If you don't see the folders immediately, do a pull-to-refresh in the routes list.
Took a look at your account on the server. I see three folders there (next to favorites folder). If that's correct, I recommend to logout of your iPhone and then log back in again. That will reset the syncing mechanism and all should be fine from that moment onward.
Hope this helps/explains. If not or if you have other questions please let me know. Happy to help.
