This sucked to find out in the middle of a 2,000 mile 8 day trip. On day 3 I updated the App and all my work creating routes was for nothing. Extremely frustrating. That was fun moving my routes over to another app. Why release an app that removes main features. I'm on the fence if I'm staying after being a Scenic user for a couple years now. I can't have my main app for navigation on my motorcycle trips to become useless due to an update during the trip.

Very sorry for your bad experience, and I fully understand your reaction. We were under extreme time pressure to get Scenic 4 released by October 1st, and as a result had to release with some key features missing. It was either that, or no more Scenic app at all. Scenic seems to be a much smaller app than I realized. Sort of forget about the smaller folks when you just think of the big car driving apps. For that I give much respect and apologize for immediately going negative. The other thing is that the reason makes sense now why all the features didn't make it over and I have to agree. I'd much rather it be done this way -vs- not having the anymore. I understand it all now and will make sure to spread the word where I can, Scenic will be back in full form soon enough.
