I think we had that issue somewhen but cannot find the discussion. Last weekend I had the speedlimit and speedometer moved to the center of the screen. After getting out of carplay and back the position was correct again but I had a frozen screen and the arrow did not move at all.

Again switched carplay off and on to recover which workeed but had some more frozen screens during that ride
