I found this feature in newly downloaded weather app - called "RainViewer".
Very nice indeed. Could such a feature be an option for scenic?

Does the slider influence the estimated time of arrival? If so I’m afraid that’s not possible at the moment. The HERE framework doesn’t have this option that at the moment. If it starts supporting it I can add it to Scenic to, but for the moment I can’t.
Cheers,
Guido

Quote from 2BTSquared on 07.04.2023, 06:22Is this for planning purposes? Probably goes without saying that there are probably various route planners out there that have this feature. Furkot being one of them. You can adjust speed (by % and/or mph) for trips or individual route segments in Furkot. I don't recall ever seeing this feature in a navigation app. Guido's reply probably explains why. So... you probably have to take things like ETAs with a grain of salt while navigating - which I typically do.

Quote from johansw on 07.04.2023, 08:30The adjustment actually influence the estimated time of arrival!
The app where I found it is "Weather on the way" as shown in the enclosed photo 🙂
By the way a really fancy app where I now have stored all my upcomeing routes for a quick check - here the Kiel - Hoeck van Holland route.

This app doesn't import GPX files. No? Or did I miss something? Did you recreate your routes in the app manually?

Quote from johansw on 07.04.2023, 10:50This app is just (another) weather-app, but a fancy one.
In my example I just put the start and stop point and got a route. My own one in Scenic is slightly different but as to weather on the way, this does not matter 🙂
