[Solved] Some problems with new version

Hi,

I‘m on a trip in France and have two problems with scenic, first I do not get any voice guidance neither on my phone nor on my bluetooth headset, tried several voices but only warning beeps are hearable.

Second, when routing and double tap to edit the route, when choosing a waypoint, I can only cancel or delete the waypoint, AFAIR in former versions I had the possibility to move a waypoint, or am I wrong?

Especially the second point is very annoying when on tour.

Is there a possibility to load an older version of scenic to my phone?

Hi Massi,

it was never possible to move via points during a navigation session. I have some changes in mind for the on-route editing that will make this possible. Will be a little while though. Meanwhile the only way to do this is to delete a via point and add a new one.

Regarding the voice… if not already done so, check here for common reasons: https://scenic.app/help/no-voice-guidance-instructions/

if none of that is it, please let me know.

thanks for your fast answer!

So it seems I dreamt of moving points in edit mode.;)

Sorry for wasting your time, voice was deactivated, I was a bit confused by the icon, because it does not show the status.

P.S. Every day of our trip I enjoy the features of scenic, it‘s a really great help! Thanks for this, I never missed my zumo, since I use scenic.
