I experienced Scenic - actual version on iOS 17, iPhone 13 Mini - to have issues with tracking when driving trough tunnels - when loosing GPS it doesn‘t snap to road but searches and kind of hops around, sadly tracking those attempts. Would it be possible to implement a snap to road function, which tracks the proper and only possible road when scenic has the tunnel entrance and exit. Probably linked to the overall snap to road setting?

Apart from that - thanks for the great work!

I have the same phone and often pass long tunnels but haven’t seen that problem for a loong time. I’m actually impressed how accurate it is.

@jan. Were you navigating a route? Or just recording a ride without a route?
Perhaps the map matching doesn't work when not following a route.

The result in wrong tracking The issue I suppose No just tracking routes. I‘ll include two pics of the issue

And Guido, if you can just examine my track of today through France - you‘ll see lots of tracking failures resulting in a good 150 to 200 km to far tracking.

Encpuntered the same issue back in Austria, where Scenic at least connected the route where no GPS signal could be obtained - in a tunnel. But in the next tunnel the hopping re-occurred. Probably it could just snap to route, if there is no other valid possibility?
