Smart Stop or dist to next possible stop

Another planning tool I have a license for and use is called inRoute and inspires this idea. I use inRoute for planning because it has a few features I love. One of those features is searching for a point every so many miles.

right now I’m planning a motorcycle trip from my home in Fort Worth to Los Angeles. So in inRoute I’ve mapped out my route and planned stops every 150 miles to refuel. The reality is that I rarely follow plans so a dynamic version of this within scenic would be pretty great.
On the actual trip, I’m riding and scenic is navigating and I decide that I need to stop sooner because I’m really hungry and need a bathroom and might as well refuel so I don’t have to stop again later. So I can tap a gas stop button in scenic with a few options: urgent = closest gas station open now and any direction. Next possible would search next station ahead only. And soon searches 25 miles ahead only.
