Quote from Guido on 01.06.2024, 17:08These are both limitations of CarPlay. CarPlay works with templates. The template can only display "remaining time", but since you are not navigating, there is no remaining time. In the future I'm planning to add bike choice in the save dialog. For now, you can change the vehicle a ride was saved with afterwards (on iPhone, select ride from recorded rides list and tap the vehicle button). By default, your ride is saved for the vehicle your last ride was saved with. So, if it doesn't change all the time, you could save a ride on your iPhone ones, select your vehicle... and next ride saved with carplay will also save with that vehicle.
Hope this helps/explains. If not, please let me know if you have other questions. Happy to help.
Best regards and ride safe,
Guido

Quote from CuttingIron on 25.08.2024, 07:35Hello, I had approximately the same problem. I did a 630km ride yesterday and saved it using CarPlay and when I wanted to review the ride this morning it was not there. I know that I saved it. It was my first time using CarPlay, is it possible that there are some glitches?
the name of the ride was
Von Trapp (Stowe) + Appalachian Gap + Moss Glenn Falls
thanks again for the fantastic job that you are doing!

Could you send me an email with your Scenic nickname (use the email button at bottom of Help page)? Then I'll have a detailed look tomorrow to see if the ride made it to the server.
Sorry for this and best regards,
Guido

Is there a difference if you select and start a route on your iPhone and start your CarPlay afterwards to take it over or select and start your route directly on a running CarPlay?
