Scenic on multiple devices

I have a Premium Subscription so installed scenic on my iPad and iPhone and logged in to a new account with no issues. My thinking was I could plan routes on my iPad and run them on my iPhone into Carpuride CarPlay on my K16 as I have been doing with Google Maps for some time. The problem that I am seeing is that the Favorites folder  on the two devices do not sync. I can update profile on either device which updates promptly on the other deice when changed.  I then made one of my routes public but still KO on Public folder on the other device. What am I missing here.

Can you try doing a “pull to refresh” in the route list where the route is not showing?

I am running Scenic  4.20 and that function does not seem to be available in the app. I solved the issue by removing and re-adding the app on my iPad. The re-instll cleared the issue and they now sync correctly 🙂

Not sure if I was clear, and sorry if I'm going to explain something that you already know, but just to be sure:

Pull to refresh is a general iOS gesture. It is available in many plase and also in your Scenic route list.
Open the side menu > select "My routes".
Now, grab the screen with one finger and pull down keeping your finger on the screen... and hold it there until the spinner appears above the list.

LOL.. Yes, I guessed that after I typed that reply and needed to followup on that. In my case that did not correct the issue but the reinstall on the iPad did. Thanks for the follow up. Now that I have that sync sorted out I hope CarPlay on my Carpuride goes smoothly...

I used Scenic v4.20 with my Carpuride W702 and iPhone 12 Pro last week. No issues at all. Its been consistently reliable with Scenic. No sync issues either, BTW.

I am using Scenic in my Iphone and also in my IPad (where I normally plan my routes). The folders are normally synchronizing well after a "pull to refresh" as it was mentioned by Guido before.

Suggestions:

1) Make sure you are logged in with the right username in both devices and that Premium Status is correct on both devices.

2) Ensure you have good internet connection in both devices.

Then, refresh the list again by pulling the list down with one finger. This should work.
