Scenic 4 Questions
Quote from ChrisD503 on 04.10.2024, 10:58Good morning,
I checked the FAQ and previous posts for answers here, but didn’t see these specifically. Apologies if they’ve already been covered somewhere else.
- I see that people have been having some funny behavior with the speed limit display, but it’s not showing up for me at all. I have it set to always but have started both recorded rides and routes and it’s not there. I do have offline maps downloaded for the area.
- I’m not seeing any way to re-ride or convert a recorded ride to a route. Am I missing something, or is that coming?

"Route from ride" was not implemented yet. Will be implemented soon. Sorry.

Also, this map version seems to “not know” speed limits that the old did in urban settings.
No problem on the “route from ride”. Just curious and I know you’re pulling everything together as quickly as you can.

Quote from mdh001 on 04.10.2024, 13:21In the old version, I had the ability to start a route to a destination and while on the route could remove the destination, which kept the tracking going. I often did this if I changed my end point and wanted a different end point, or just didn't need the turn by turn directions anymore while still riding. I like that I could retain the tracking stats for the ride even after stopping the route while still riding.
Does Scenic 4 have the "remove route" option? I can't find it and only see the option to stop the ride.

- Move the map to go to edit mode
- Tap the "edit route" button
- Now clear the route
