Scenic 4.20 performed well
Quote from Mex on 22.06.2025, 11:37Hi folks.
We been on trip today, quite short 230 km cause of over 30 degrees.
We did 4 stops, 2 for 30 minutes and 2 for roundabout 15 minutes.
Scenic had no issues with reconnecting to carplay and it always let me resume my trip. Didnt have the message: Scenic crashed unexpec…. once.
Cause of a road closure i needed to change the route back home and forgot to set the marker for via 2 behind the junction of the new direction. My mistake of course.
Question:
As we met at the first stop, Scenic tried to navigate me to the entrance of the coffee-shop. After the break it tried to route me back to the entrance, till i skipped it.
How close do i need to go to a stop or via to let Scenic know i reached it. And: 2nd question, is there a way to inrease this „circle“?
Otherwise: all good. So thanks to Guido!

It depends... it's not so much the distance you need to get to a waypoint, but rather you need to get to the point on the route that is closest to the via point (straight line distance). If the route made a little "branch" to get to the coffee show, and you never too that "branch", the it won't be marked as reached indeed, and you have to manually skip it.
Hope that explains.
Cheers,
Guido
