Saving waypoint coordinates
Quote from PeteRT on 21.11.2021, 13:14Scenic has a great planner with the ability to export GPX files. Sometimes though I need to send to a mate the coordinates of a waypoint or end point for him to load into his navigation. At the moment the only way I can do this is to export the GPX file and then open it in an editor and extract the data. It would be a great option if there was a way to export the start, end and waypoints coordinates directly into a text file. It would also make a good backup of the route as these coordinates can be used in the planner to reconstruct the route if you do not have the GPX file. If not possible to export then a way to see the coordinates of the waypoints would also work. Probably not the most important feature request but it would be handy. Keep up the good work Guido its becoming an excellent app.

Quote from PeteRT on 21.11.2021, 14:42Perfect place for this is on the route information page where you can Navigate, Share URL, Export GPX, Edit Points etc.. Just next to Delete a Waypoint button to either list the coordinates including start and end points so they can be copied or alternatively an export option.

Quote from Guido on 01.12.2021, 07:10I don’t think so. This new feature lets you export / copy/paste coordinates of locations (in the locations screen), not from vias/stops in routes.
The update will be released spread out over the next 7 days. You can force it by going to the App Store directly: https://apps.apple.com/app/id1089668246

Then you will see the coordinates in the bubble and you can copy them from there.
