They aren't updating anymore, been over a month. It spins for a moment but nothing.

Yep. I expected as much. I believe it’s a performance issue. Somehow the iPhone 13 is too fast or something (the other reports also had iPhone 13’s. ). Give me a direction to focus my analyses on. Thanks.

iPhone 13 Pro (not Max) for me, same problem. iOS is always updated.
