Route line does not show in night mode using Carplay

Tonight connected to CarPlay the Pink route line did not show up in night mode. It was on the iPhone ok. Voice instructions worked.

In  the screenshot the Waze app is showing. Is that the issue perhaps, or just made/posted the wrong screenshot?
