Route Calculation error

No matter what location I use I get an error message saying “no suitable edges near location” Im hoping to get some help resolving this as it makes the app completely useless.

Our map provider’s routing server is currently experiencing technical issues. Their team is working on resolving the problem, and service is expected to be restored shortly.

As a temporary workaround, you can download the offline maps for the relevant region. This allows route calculations to be performed directly on your device.

Yes that worked for now thank you
