Route calculates long detour

Hi!

I wonder why my route calculates substantial detours even when I put vias close together.

In the case on the picture, I want to go straight to Innsbruck from via 37. How ever it wants me to go all the way back.

I can't see there is something that should prevent going down the road I want to.

Do you have the offline map installed for the region?

The online routing engine takes long term closures and traffic incidents into account (this is a bug in the HERE framework... even though I configered the online engine to ingore long term closures and incidents, it still takes them into account... I'm in contact with HERE about this).
