Recover discarded ride?

I accidentally hit the discard button instead of save on my April 4th ride. Is there any way to recover the data??

It’s the only one missing from our 2500 ride this week.

Sorry. That’s not possible. When the discard button is tapped the data is deleted and will not upload to the server.

You can disable the discard button through Settings > Finetuning. I know this doesn’t help now but perhaps for the next trip.

Excellent app. Love it!

I think that I accidentally Deleted a saved ride, while moving it from the Favorites folder to another folder.

Is there a way to recover that, previously-saved ride?

Perhaps, but I'll need to check the database. Could you send me a direct email, mentioning your nickname and the name of the ride (if you remember it) and the date? You can use the "email me" button at the bottom of the help page here.
